For customer care issues or damages the client can make a complaint following the procedure below. The appropriate manager will contact the client immediately and arrange to examine the case.

Information about after sales issues

In the event of operational problems, damage to the product or to change a product the consumer can follow the following procedures:

 

  1. Return the product at P.P PCWORLD’s shop according to our «Returns and Cancellation» regulations mentioned down below.
  2. Hand in the defective product to P.P PCWORLD’s shop where the product will be recorded in our system and will be examined by our Technical Department according to Legal Warranty or our «Limited Warranty» regulations mentioned on our website, here.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

Customers have the right to return all products within 7 days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from our Store and if approved unilaterally by our company.
 

Also, the right to return all products within 14 days from delivery’s pickup day, for purchases from our online shop.

RETURNS POLICY

 

Returns

Please use the following scenarios accordingly:

 

Scenario 1 - Unopened, unused, in its original packaging

Return at P.P PCWORLD’s shop within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

In case of purchase from our online shop you can return at P.P PCWORLD’s shop within 14 working days from delivery’s pickup day, along with the receipt of purchase.

The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.

In case of purchase from our online shop, you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase, according to the condition of the product.

 

Scenario 2 - Opened, unused, in its original packaging

Return at P.P PCWORLD’s shop within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

In case of purchase from our online shop you can return at P.P PCWORLD’s shop within 14 working days from delivery’s pick up day, along with the receipt of purchase.

The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange.

The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.

In case of purchase from our online shop, you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase, according to the condition of the product.

You can return your products, at P.P PCWORLD’s shop (map) Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

How to cancel an online order

If you have chosen to Pick-up from P.P PCWORLD’s shop, you can cancel your order at any time up to 2 working days, after the order confirmation date, by calling at 24-425565

 

If you have chosen the Home Delivery or the Pick-up from ACS office, you can cancel your order at any time before the product is handed to the delivery service.

After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.

To cancel your Home Delivery or Pick-up from ACS office order, please call 24-425565, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
